Cancels a subscription with the specified id
Error codes:
| NotFound | A subscription with such an Id cannot be found |
| AlreadyCancelled | The subscription has already been cancelled |
| ProrateIsNotAvailable | Prorate is not available when the subscription status is pending payment |
| RefundableCreditOptionsIsNotAvailable | Prorate and full are not available when the subscription status is future or trial |
