Cancel subscription by id

Cancels a subscription with the specified id

Error codes:


NotFound	A subscription with such an Id cannot be found
AlreadyCancelled	The subscription has already been cancelled
ProrateIsNotAvailable	Prorate is not available when the subscription status is pending payment
RefundableCreditOptionsIsNotAvailable	Prorate and full are not available when the subscription status is future or trial
