Creates a price of an addon, plan or charge

AlreadyExist	a price with such a name or external name already exists
ProjectCurrencyNotFound	There is no any project currency created for this project
ProjectFrequencyNotFound	There is no any frequency created for this project
ProjectNotFound	There is no project specified in the URL
ProductFamilyItemNotFound	There is no product family item with the id specified in the request
ProductFamilyNotFound	There is no product family with the id specified in the request
